We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and receive form submissions, and only for that purpose. Crew applicants
If you apply to join our crew, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the area you can work (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, or another area you name), your availability (weekdays, weekends, evenings), your moving experience, whether you have your own car, whether you can safely lift 50 pounds or more, the languages you speak (English, Spanish, and Russian), anything else you choose to tell us, and your agreement that we may run a background check if you are selected. We do not collect a Social Security number, date of birth, or documents on this site.
We use this information to contact you and to evaluate your application. A copy is emailed to our business inbox and stored in our secure database. We keep applications for 12 months, then delete them. To ask us to delete yours sooner, call or text 786-509-4868 or email [email protected].
If you are selected, the background check is run by a third-party provider under that provider's own disclosure and consent. We don't sell applicant data.
